77TB Application of Part
This Part applies to—
(a)
a work plan for work in respect of which a planning permit under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 is required; or
(b)
a variation of an approved work plan for a variation to work—
(i)
that is being carried out in accordance with the approved work plan; and
(ii)
in respect of which a planning permit under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 is required.
