84AZTA Functions of Department Head regarding rehabilitation of declared mine land
The Department Head has the following functions—
(a)
to provide information and education to the Victorian community about the planning for the rehabilitation of declared mine land and the regional rehabilitation strategy;
(b)
to engage with the Victorian community in relation to the planning for the rehabilitation of declared mine land and the regional rehabilitation strategy.
