When a claim can be made

In force

A claim for compensation for any loss or damage under section 85 which is not the subject of a registered compensation agreement may be made at any time until the end of the period of three years—

(a)

after the loss or damage occurred; or

(b)

after the licence expires—

whichever is the earlier.
