16 Annual fee for work authority
(1)
For the purposes of section 77J(1)(h) of the Act, the holder of an extractive industry work authority must pay to the Department Head the relevant fee specified in Schedule 3 for each financial year in which the authority is in force.

(2)
Subject to subregulation (3), a fee payable under subregulation (1) must be paid within 31 days after the end of the financial year to which it relates.

(3)
A fee payable under subregulation (1) for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 must be paid by 31 January 2021.
