WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 8th September 1964, certain Crown land known as Queens Park in the Parish of Doutta Galla was permanently reserved as a site for public park and public recreation:

AND WHEREAS the corporation of the city of Essendon is the committee of management of the said reserved land:

AND WHEREAS it is expedient to authorize the said corporation to grant leases in respect of that part of the reserved land delineated and shown hatched on the plan in the Schedule:
