23 Agreement for sale of used motor car
For the purposes of section 41(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed particulars, terms and conditions are set out in Schedule 2.
Note
A motor car that has been displayed for sale or registered under the Road Safety Act 1986 for the purpose of carrying out demonstrations is a used motor car. See the definition of used motor car in section 3(1) of the Act.
