41 Exhibition land may be used despite reservation
(1)
With the approval of the Minister administering the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 any part of the land on the plan in the Schedule may be used and developed for—
(a)
an underground car park or car parks to be constructed underneath the Exhibition land; or
(b)
any other use which will not substantially interfere with the continued use of the land for museum and exhibition purposes.
(2)
This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and the Land Act 1958 or anything in any other Act or law.
