47 Areas for the protection of cultural heritage, Aboriginal cultural heritage and shipwrecks
(1)
The land manager by determination may set aside an area of a park as an area to which access is prohibited for the purposes of the protection of—
(a)
cultural heritage; or
(b)
Aboriginal cultural heritage; or
(c)
shipwrecks.
(2)
The land manager by determination may set aside an area of a park as an area to which access is restricted for the purposes of the protection of—
(a)
cultural heritage; or
(b)
Aboriginal cultural heritage; or
(c)
shipwrecks.
