69 Erection or construction of buildings, structures etc. prohibited
(1)
A person must not erect, construct or install a building or other structure (whether temporary or otherwise) in a park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
A person does not contravene subregulation (1) by—
(a)
camping in accordance with Division 1 of Part 9; or
(b)
conducting an activity that the person is authorised to conduct by a permit issued under regulation 41(3), 55(1), 57 or 67.
