82 Interference with water in water supply catchment area
A person must not, in a water supply catchment area, touch, or allow any part of their body to come into contact with, any water body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
A person must not, in a water supply catchment area, wash anything in or near any water body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
A person must not, in a water supply catchment area, allow any animal to enter any water body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
A person must not, in a water supply catchment area—
throw or convey any item into any water body; or
deposit any item adjacent to any water body that may roll, blow, seep or flow into that water body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
A person must not, in a water supply catchment area, take or attempt to take fish by any means from any water body.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
