3 Revocation of permanent reservations
(1)
The Order in Council specified in item 1 of the Schedule is revoked.
(2)
The land specified in item 2 of the Schedule being the land described in the Second Schedule to Act No. 906 ceases to be subject to the reservation imposed by section 4 of that Act.
(3)
This section has effect despite anything to the contrary in any Act, law or instrument.
