The Authority may issue a certificate to an interstate recognition applicant as soon as reasonably possible after an application has been made in accordance with regulation 127A.
(2)
A certificate issued under subregulation (1) must contain—
(a)
sufficient information to identify the registration, by a corresponding Authority, of the design or altered design; and
(b)
a unique identification number issued by the Authority in relation to the registration specified in paragraph (a).
