Modification of application of future donations etc.

(1)

Notwithstanding anything in the Principal Act or in any other Act or enactment or in any trust the following sums, namely-

(a)

all donations bequests and legacies received after the commencement of this Act and not directed by the donors thereof to be specially applied;

(b)

all donations made after the commencement of this Act entitling persons to be life governors; and

(c)

all subscriptions paid after the commencement of this Act to the Association by governors-

may be applied to the carrying out of the objects of the Association.

(2)

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as affecting the amount of the permanent fund of the Association as existing immediately before the commencement of this Act.
