25AB Transmission of section 16 reports
The Ombudsman must send a report under section 16 to—
(a)
the President of the Legislative Council, if the matter was referred by the Legislative Council or a committee of the Legislative Council; or
(b)
the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, if the matter was referred by the Legislative Assembly or a committee of the Legislative Assembly; or
(c)
the President of the Legislative Council and the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, if the matter was referred by a joint committee of both Houses of Parliament.
