45 Issue of permits
The Court may, on application by the secretary of the Union, issue a permit for the purposes of this Division to an officer or employee of the Union.
The regulations may prescribe the form and content of the permit.
Unless revoked earlier, a permit remains in force until the earlier of—
3 years after the day on which it was issued;
the time at which the person to whom it was issued ceases to be an officer or employee of the Union.
If one or more permits issued to a person under this section have been revoked, the Court must take that fact into account when deciding whether to issue a further permit under this section to the person.
