Effect of a vacancy or defect

In force

An act or decision of the Council is not invalid only because—

(a)

of a vacancy in its membership; or

(b)

of a defect or irregularity in the appointment of any of its members; or

(c)

in the case of an acting member, the occasion for that member so acting had not arisen or had ceased.
