16 Power to acquire and dispose of personal property
(1)
An owners corporation may acquire or hold personal property for the use of lot owners or other persons.
(2)
An owners corporation may lease personal property to a lot owner or other person.
(3)
An owners corporation may dispose of personal property.
(4)
An owners corporation may obtain a licence for personal property for the use of lot owners or other persons.
