Schedule 1Saving and transitional provisions
1 Definitions
In this Schedule—
commencement day means the day on which Part 3 of the new Act comes into operation;
former Act means the Parliamentary Officers Act 1975;
new Act means the Parliamentary Administration Act 2005.
