16 Offence to produce petroleum unless authorised
A person must not carry out any petroleum production operation in Victoria except—
(a)
under, and in accordance with, a production licence; or
(b)
as otherwise permitted by this Act.
- 240 penalty units.
Default penalty: 10 penalty units.
