168 Equipment must be removed once authority ceases
(1)
This section applies if an authority ceases to apply to any land.
(2)
The person who held the authority at the time it ceased to apply to the land must remove all equipment brought on to the land under the authority within 60 days after the authority ceases to apply.
- 120 penalty units.
