198 Authorisation of inspectors
(1)
The Minister may authorise a person to carry out inspections for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister must give each authorised person an identity card that identifies the person by name as an inspector under this Act and that contains a photograph of the person.
(3)
If a person's authorisation as an inspector is revoked or expires, she or he must immediately return her or his identity card to the Minister.
- 5 penalty units.
