In force

A work program in relation to an authority is a document—

(a)

that outlines the work that it is intended to do under the authority; and

(b)

that outlines how the work is to be structured and the intended extent of the work; and

(c)

that sets out proposed timelines for the various phases of the work; and

(d)

that is in the form required by the regulations; and

(e)

that contains any other details required by the regulations.
