34 Other information in the environment management plan
The environment management plan must contain the following—
(a)
a statement of the corporate environmental policy of the holder of the authority;
(b)
a list of all environmental legislation of the Commonwealth or the State that may apply to the petroleum operation;
(c)
the strategy of the holder of the authority to ensure compliance with the environmental legislation referred to in paragraph (b);
(d)
details of how the holder of the authority will consult with any relevant persons or organisations during the petroleum operation.
