58 Fees for suspension or variation of conditions of exploration permit, retention lease or production licence
The fee for the suspension or variation of conditions of an exploration permit is—
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units.
The fee for the suspension or variation of conditions of a retention lease is—
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units.
The fee for the suspension or variation of conditions of a production licence is—
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act before 1 July 2025, 628 fee units; or
in the case of an application for suspension or variation made on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units; or
in the case of a variation made under section 102 or 104 of the Act on or after 1 July 2025, 837 fee units.
