9 Prescribed factors in relation to an application for a retention lease
For the purposes of section 40(1)(e) of the Act, the following are prescribed factors—
(a)
the likely regional economic, social and environmental risks and impacts of the work program;
(b)
the likely regional benefits of the work program relative to its likely risks;
(c)
the extent to which these risks and impacts can be managed at the regional level and how the applicant proposes to do this.
