119 Interference with pipeline
(1)
A person must not knowingly, recklessly or negligently break, injure, open or tamper with any pipeline.
- In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply to any person lawfully carrying out work on behalf of the licensee in respect of the pipeline.
