145 Rehabilitation by licensee after construction
(1)
A licensee must rehabilitate, at the licensee's own expense, any land on or under which a pipeline is situated as soon as practicable after the completion of construction of that part of the pipeline.
(2)
In rehabilitating the land, the licensee must restore it so as to enable it to be used—
(a)
as far as practicable for the purposes for which it was used immediately before the construction of that part of the pipeline; or
(b)
with the prior approval of the Minister, for any other purpose agreed between the owner and the occupier of the land and the licensee.
