183A Infringements
An inspector who has reason to believe that a person has committed an offence against this Act or the regulations that is prescribed as an infringement offence may serve an infringement notice on that person.
An offence referred to in subsection (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006.
The infringement penalty in respect of an offence referred to in subsection (1) is the prescribed infringement penalty in respect of that offence.
