81 Cancellation of licence
The Minister may cancel a licence if—
the pipeline is no longer used as a pipeline to which this Act applies; or
the conditions of the licence or any of the provisions of this Act that apply to the licence have not been complied with; or
the construction or operation of the pipeline has caused an unexpected significant adverse impact on safety or the environment; or
the licensee no longer has the funds to construct or operate the pipeline; or
the licensee is wound up or commences to be wound up; or
the licensee has not paid any amount that is payable under this Act within 90 days after it was due and within 30 days after receiving a written notice from the Minister warning it of the Minister's power under this provision; or
the construction of the pipeline has not commenced by the end of the required period under Division 4; or
the construction of the pipeline has not been completed by the end of the required period under Division 4.
