Application of planning laws

In force

If a licence is issued under this Act for the construction and operation of a pipeline, nothing in a planning scheme under the Planning and Environment Act 1987—

(a)

requires a permit under that Act for the use or development of land or the doing or carrying out of any matter or thing for the purpose of the pipeline; or

(b)

prevents the use or development of land or the doing or carrying out of any matter or thing for the purpose of the pipeline.
