14 Alteration of pipeline route—minor or significant
(1)
An application under section 66 of the Act must be accompanied by the relevant fee specified in Table 3 of Schedule 2.
(2)
An application under section 68(1) of the Act must be accompanied by the relevant fee specified in Table 3 of Schedule 2.
(3)
For the purposes of section 68(3A)(a) of the Act, the prescribed form of notice of a proposed alteration to the authorised route of a pipeline is set out in Schedule 3.
