32 Description of pipeline
(1)
The Safety Management Plan must contain a description of the pipeline with sufficient information—
(a)
to show the technical details of the pipeline; and
(b)
to show how the licensee intends to ensure safety and maintain the integrity of the pipeline operation; and
(c)
to enable an assessment of the risks to the safety of the public from the pipeline operation to be undertaken.
(2)
In this regulation technical details includes—
(a)
design specifications and drawings; and
(b)
construction materials; and
(c)
details of function and operation.
