158A Appointment of directions panel
S. 158A(1) substituted by No. 6/2025 s. 154.
The Minister may appoint a directions panel to do either or both of the following in respect of the consideration of submissions by a panel appointed under Division 1—
to make decisions under section 158C and designate lead submitters under section 158D;
to give directions under section 159.
A directions panel may consist of one or more members.
A member of a directions panel is not required to be a member of a panel appointed under Division 1.
Sections 155 to 158 (with any necessary changes) apply to a panel appointed under this Division as if it were a panel appointed under Division 1.
