178 Amendment of agreements
An agreement may be amended—
(a)
by agreement between the responsible authority and all persons who are bound by any covenant in the agreement; or
(b)
otherwise in accordance with this Division.
Note
Section 180 provides that an agreement must not require or allow anything to be done which would breach a planning scheme or permit.
