184E Objectors entitled to notice
An objector to the proposal to amend or end an agreement is entitled to notice of an application by the applicant for review of—
(a)
a decision under Subdivision 2 to amend or end an agreement; or
(b)
a decision under Subdivision 2 to refuse to amend or end an agreement; or
(c)
a failure of a responsible authority under Subdivision 2 to amend or end an agreement.
