197E Electronic register requirements
The requirements for making a register available electronically are that a responsible authority or referral authority makes—
(a)
the register searchable, free of charge, on an Internet site maintained by or for the authority; and
(b)
any information on the register available, free of charge, on an Internet site maintained by or for the authority.
