199 Planning certificates
The responsible authority or nominated person must give or send the applicant without delay a planning certificate setting out the prescribed information about the effect of the relevant planning scheme on the land at the date of the certificate.

The planning certificate—

must indicate that it is produced by authority of an authorised officer of the responsible authority or by authority of the nominated person, whether by being initialled, signed or sealed by the authorised officer or person or by bearing a facsimile of those initials or that signature or seal or in any other manner prescribed; and
may be produced in any manner the responsible authority or nominated person considers appropriate.
