201QD Publication of precinct project declaration
(1)
A precinct project declaration must be published in the Government Gazette.
(2)
In addition, a precinct project declaration must be published on an Internet site maintained by the Department of Premier and Cabinet as soon as practicable after the declaration takes effect.
