Planning and Environment Act 1987

must—

identify the precinct project or the part of a precinct project that is complete; and

identify the applicable project area; and

describe any land reserved for a public purpose by or under this Act or any other Act for the purposes of the identified precinct project that will not be reserved for a public purpose on the declaration taking effect; and

may specify any one or more of the following—

the date on which the declaration takes effect, which must be after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette;

any matter that the Minister considers relevant.
