201SZE Certificates issued under this Subdivision
A certificate issued to a person under this Subdivision relating to their liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution, other than a GAIC certificate, must—
show the date of issue of the certificate; and
describe the land in respect of which the contribution is imposed; and
describe the GAIC event in respect of which the contribution is imposed; and
in the case of a certificate of release, state that the person's liability to pay the contribution has been released; and
in the case of a certificate of deferral state—
that the person's liability to pay the contribution has been deferred under Subdivision 3 and the percentage of the contribution that has been deferred; and
the date the person elected to defer; and
in the case of a certificate of staged payment approval, state that the person has been given approval under section 201SR for staged payment of the whole of the contribution; and
in the case of a certificate of partial release, state—
that the person's liability to pay the contribution has been partially released; and
describe the land that relates to the stage in respect of which payment has been made and liability has been partially released; and
in the case of a certificate of exemption, state that the person is exempt from the liability to pay the contribution; and
contain the person's name and contact details; and
contain any other information that the Commissioner thinks appropriate.

The Commissioner must give to the Victorian Planning Authority a copy of any certificate issued under this Subdivision, other than a GAIC certificate.
