201TG Notice of determination of application
If the Governor in Council or the Minister grants a reduction to a person under this Subdivision of the person's liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution, the Minister must give the person a notice which states—
that the reduction has been granted; and
the proportion of the liability that is reduced; and
that the person is no longer liable to pay the proportion of the contribution that is subject to the reduction.
If the Governor in Council grants an exemption to a person under this Subdivision relating to the person's liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution, the Minister must give the person a notice which states that the person—
has been granted an exemption from the liability to pay the contribution; and
is no longer liable to pay the contribution.
Note
If a person is exempted from the liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution in respect of a GAIC event, liability may be imposed in respect of the next GAIC event (see section 201S(1)).

If the Governor in Council or the Minister refuses a person's application under this Subdivision, the Minister must give the person a notice which states that the application is refused.
A notice given to a person under this section must—
specify any conditions of any reduction or exemption from the liability to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution that has been granted; and
describe the land in respect of which the contribution is imposed; and
describe the GAIC event in respect of which the contribution is imposed; and
contain the name and contact details of the person; and
contain any other information that the Governor in Council or the Minister determines to be appropriate.

The Minister must forward a copy of a notice given under this section to the Commissioner and to the Victorian Planning Authority.
