41 Who must keep a copy of an approved amendment for inspection?
During the inspection period, each relevant person must make a copy of an approved amendment to a planning scheme, and any documents lodged with it, available in accordance with the public availability requirements.
After the inspection period ends, each relevant person must make the copy of the approved amendment and any documents lodged with it available—
in person in accordance with the requirements set out in section 197B; and
on payment of the prescribed fee.
In this section—
inspection period means the period of 2 months beginning on the day on which the amendment comes into operation;
relevant person means the following persons—
the Minister;
a responsible authority;
a planning authority;
any person with whom a copy of an approved amendment is lodged under section 40.
