Subdivision 1Preparation and approval of Statement of Planning Policy
46AW Consultation
The Minister must consult the following when preparing a Statement of Planning Policy for a declared area—
(a)
each responsible public entity for the area;
(b)
the local community;
(c)
any other person or entity that the Minister considers may be affected by the Statement of Planning Policy.
