46GC Meaning of infrastructure contribution
(1)
An infrastructure contribution is a contribution imposed under an infrastructure contributions plan in relation to the development of land in the ICP plan area of the plan.
(2)
An infrastructure contribution may consist of either or both of the following—
(a)
a monetary component;
(b)
a land component.
