46GS Decision about submissions
(1)
The planning authority may accept or reject the estimate of the value of the inner public purpose land in a submission made under section 46GQ.
(2)
If the planning authority rejects the estimate of the value of the inner public purpose land in the submission, the planning authority must—
(a)
refer the matter to the valuer-general; and
(b)
notify the affected owner of that rejection and that the matter has been referred to the valuer-general.
