76 Refusal of amendment

(1)
The responsible authority must give the applicant and each person who objected under section 57 a notice in the prescribed form of its decision to refuse to grant an amendment to a permit.

(2)
The notice must set out the specific grounds on which the application is refused and state whether the grounds were those of the responsible authority or a determining referral authority.
