90 Hearing by Tribunal
S. 90(1) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 191(1).
The Tribunal must give the following persons a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the hearing of any request—
the responsible authority;
the owner and the occupier of the land concerned;
any person who asked for the cancellation or amendment of the permit under section 87;

any person who asked for the amendment of the permit under section 87A;
any relevant referral authority.
The Tribunal may give any other person who appears to it to have a material interest in the outcome of the request an opportunity to be heard at the hearing of the request.
