99A Requirements for claim for compensation
(1)
A claim for compensation under this Part, including a claim under section 101 in respect of expenses, must be—
(a)
made in the prescribed form; and
(b)
accompanied by any supporting evidence specified in an order made under subsection (2).
(2)
The Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may specify the supporting evidence required to accompany a claim for compensation under this Part.
