Section 151 reads as follows:

151 Police Regulation Act 1958

In section 3(4)(b) of the Police Regulation Act 1958—

(a) in subparagraph (i), after "17(1)(b)" insert "or 38X(1)(b)";

(b) in subparagraph (ii), after "17(1)(c)" insert "or 38X(1)(c)". ↑

Table of Amendments: The amendment proposed by section 140(Schedule 3 item 36) of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, No. 60/2014 is not included in this publication due to the earlier repeal of section 118R by section 283 of the Victoria Police Act 2013, No. 81/2013.

Schedule 3 item 36 reads as follows:

36.1 In section 118R(4), for "Information Privacy Act 2000" substitute "Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014".
