44F Other works
Subject to obtaining any permit, consent or other authority required by or under any other Act, in carrying out its functions in relation to the provision, development and maintenance of port facilities, a port manager of a local port may—
(a)
change the natural or existing condition or topography of land;
(b)
remove vegetation or topsoil;
(c)
reclaim or decontaminate land;
(d)
construct, demolish or substantially alter any structure in or on land;
(e)
remove, decommission or make safe any existing facility.
